Boost Mobile does not offer live chat support for customers in the US, believe me, I looked everywhere and couldn’t find any information on how to launch or access this option anywhere. I even went as far as going to the company’s US website and started clicking on buttons and links to see if I could somehow open a chat session.
However, my attempts were unsuccessful, and although I really tried hard all my efforts were to no avail.
Boost Mobile really needs to add live chat support for US customers, because some people don’t like to talk on the phone, others don’t like writing emails and hate wasting time waiting for a reply. And if they don’t like using something as simple as email, then you can forget about them using social media channels like Facebook and Twitter as a means to contact support.
I personally love using live chat, I think it’s a fast and convenient way of getting your issues addressed and your questions answered when you need it the most.
I’m not the only one who feels this way. In fact, a customer recently raised the same concern at Boost Mobile’s community forum. This is what JackLee said:
“I notice every time I try live chat boost it’s always AU and they always end the chat when they ask if I’m a US Boost customer. When will US have a live chat for boost mobile?”
To which SeaWolf, one of the site’s community managers replied: “I will pass along your suggestion, @JackLee. While I can’t promise it will be implemented, I certainly agree that chat would be very useful for customers. Thanks for the suggestion!”
But if you’re a Boost Mobile customer from or living in Australia, then you can instantly access the live chat feature here, which is available 24/7.
Although you can’t access live chat support in the United States yet, there are other easy, fast, and reliable ways to contact Boost, and you can find them all here.

My cell phone hard not been able to make or receive phone calls or text messages in 11 days now.
I was told DAYS ago that first it was my phone, although every phone in my house that has boost mobile is affected.
Then I was given a ticket number.
I have to continuously borrow peoples phones to be told I’ll be taken care if .
I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE AND NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM.
I went to the boost mobile store to be told it is the cell tower. Boost mobile denies this. Says the tower us working just fine.
Seems funny since EVERY ONE NEAR ME BOOST MOBILE CANNOT USE THEIR PHONES

Hi, Im just feeling a little frustrated & wondering why its taking SO long to activate my boost prepaid. After speaking to a service person on Sunday afternoon re: activating my Boost account & bringing my own phone number from AldiMobile I was told it will take 24 to 48 hours to transfer, ok fair enough but not having access to a phone & have applied for jobs giving my phone number I’m getting a bit impatient after 40 hours of big fat NOTHING from them. Almost sorry I decided to change to Boost now 🙁
